Delia Osegueda founded Delmarisa with a belief shaped by more than two decades in hospitality and travel: meaningful relationships, supported by a clear commercial strategy, can open doors to lasting growth.

Born and raised in El Salvador and based in Chicago for nearly 20 years, Delia brings an international perspective and a personal understanding of what it means to connect across cultures. Her career spans North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and emerging markets, where she has helped hospitality brands strengthen partnerships, expand distribution, and reach new audiences.

During more than 12 years at Royalton Hotels & Resorts, formerly Blue Diamond Resorts, Delia held progressively senior commercial leadership roles, culminating in Senior Director of Global Partnerships. She built and led international teams, developed relationships with tour operators and online travel agencies, and supported commercial strategy across a portfolio of 25 properties. Her earlier experience with Catalonia Hotels & Resorts and Sunwing Vacations gave her insight into both hotel operations and the partners who bring travel products to market.

Today, she also serves as Vice President of Global Partnerships at AIC Hotel Group. Her leadership has earned Marriott International’s Global and Caribbean and Latin America sales recognition, and she has shared her industry perspective at events including Booking.com Elevate LATAM and Women Leading Travel.

Through Delmarisa, Delia brings that experience to hotels, tourism organizations, and travel businesses seeking practical guidance on strategic partnerships, market expansion, distribution, and commercial growth. Her approach combines the broader vision with the day-to-day realities of execution—understanding the business, aligning people, and developing opportunities that create measurable value. She is especially passionate about helping El Salvador’s tourism industry connect its potential with international demand.

Her commitment to opening doors extends beyond business. Delia serves on the Board of Directors of Programa Velasco, supporting women entrepreneurs and families in El Salvador, and on the Global Glimpse Board of Champions, helping expand young people’s access to global experiences. Delia lives in Chicago with her husband, John, and their blended family of three daughters. Family, community, and her Salvadoran roots continue to inspire her work and her belief in the possibilities that connection can create.
